Fai is a Trauma-Informed Conscious Connected Breathwork Guide. With 25 years of NHS expertise, specialising is Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity. Fai combines all her professional skills and life experiences when holding space in breathwork. This is an opportunity through these sessions to come together as a community and recognise the power of sharing & and evolving.
In these sessions we will safely explore ways to reconnect to your body through self-inquiry & embodiment practices such as meditation and movement. We will begin to rebuild a sense of safety, release & aliveness in our bodies and minds. Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful tool for transformation, growth, healing & increasing resilience and our relationship to self.
