General Class – Strengthen and lengthen your body whilst calming your mind. Challenge the core and find an inner strength. Improve posture, balance and coordination through functional movement patterns. Multi level – adaptions and progressions offered throughout.

Christine offers varied classes and often uses small equipment to add challenge and fun!
