With 9 years experience as an NHS Nurse, Eve weaves facts and concepts about your body and its intricate systems (e.g circulatory, digestive, endocrine systems). Helping you to embody the homeostatic complexities of what your body does every single day.
You will leave this class feeling calm yet energised, with a new found appreciation for your body.
 Eve started practicing yoga 9 years ago specialising in Vinyasa Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. Teaching throughout Norwich, tailoring classes for all levels. Eves journey with injuries and chronic pain drives her passion for adaptable practices that promote balance and body awareness.
